In Episode 5, the Christmas Special, Wong Mei Wai, our Founder, CEO & Chief Change Catalyst and Laura Cozijnsen, our Change Communication & Training Catalyst, closed the year with reflections and tips on how to tune oneself to be "an Instrument of Change" through reflection and the concept of " Containment". They also observed 3 key attributes that give them a good start to being a successful change catalyst if they are able to nurture their "containment" qualities

In Episode 4, Wong Mei Wai and Laura Cozijnsen examines the pandemic's impact on Organisational Change taking place in APAC across industries going through restructuring, consolidation and closures. Through the Change Insider Psychodynamic lenses, they provide tips for Organisations and individuals on the deeper dynamics of Organisational Change for both " hardware" and " software".
