She enjoyed the company of 200 amazing global women leaders who have made a difference in the world. As a senior change marketing and a business leader turned Entrepreneur - having pioneered the bespoke approach of building legacy through end-to-end Change Management. She brings the unique approach of both “outside-in” and “inside-out” Change management to deliver sustainable growth to branded businesses globally. Her leadership of iconic branded businesses and teams for global, regional and local branded businesses including Family Businesses - spans personal care, food & beverages, banking, luxury/ jewellery, hospitality, electrical, lighting and IT industry for more than 2 decades. She has held leadership positions in multinationals and Family Businesses including Unilever, Citibank, Heineken and Aspial. She regularly Chairs, speaks, judges and moderates at global forums on Change, Business and Brands to promote global exchange to drive disruption, innovation and leadership.
