Also had fun Chairing the 2 days Loyalty track debating with industry leaders on loyalty marketing - particularly the panel on "Coalition versus Standalone" with Vani Dixit (Axis Bank), Sumit Ramchandani (Lion and Lion), Gabi Kool (PINS) and Allard Sjoellema (GNC Group Asia) and the closing panel on " How valid are NPS scores as a measure of business success?" with Steven Mansour (Bombardier), Arrif Ziaudeen (Chope) and Sharon Roessen (Terrapinn).
