Local Luxury Retailer, previously in a leadership position, made minor tweaks to the business but not quantum leaps over the last decade. The Chief Change Catalyst worked together with the CEO and management team to move the entire organisation to understand and accept the need to Change. This timely Organisation Model Restructuring was crucial to avoid a Crisis Change.

Recrafted the portfolio strategy via ‘Stop, Start and Continue’ approach. Reallocate investment to drive new sources of growth. This includes brand rationalization, introduction of new brands for New Generation consumers, Omni Channel marketing and product customization.
