We are delighted to announce and congratulate our Organisational Change Scientist, Dr Pisitta Vongswasdi and her co-authors on the publishing of their paper: ‘Beyond Developing Leaders: Toward a Multinarrative Understanding of the Value of Leadership Development Programs' by the Academy of Management Learning & Education Journal.

The efforts to explore the intriguing world of Leadership Development Programs in organizations, and the discovery on how people in organizations evaluate their impact and justify its investment will bring fresh insight to organisational, learning development and change. While all four types are important, specifically Pragmatists focus on strategic organization change.
