Change Advice on how to increase the ratio of female Directors on Boards and how mentoring helps

Our second segment features Melanie Mclaren, the Executive Director of the Financial Reporting Council (FRC) in the UK. FRC’s Mission is to promote transparency and integrity in business, in doing so, it sets the UK Corporate Governance Code requirements and promotes boardroom diversity. She shares her experience on how to increase the ratio of female Directors on Boards by sharing UK’s “ 30 percent Club” bold approach, nurturing the financial investment in women and mentorship gender.
